Here are the  Steps to get : 

How to make endless 3 pack turbos :
Step 1 : Select the PUPPY LOVE Quest from the Quest Manager Book Icon. 
Step 2 : Complete stage 1 (4 water bowls, harvest 25 strawberries and 25 veg) 
Step 3 : Close the Stage 2 window. 
Step 4 : Open the the Quest Manager Icon and END the quest. Close the window. 
Step 5 : Reopen the Quest Manager again, and 
Step 6   : select the PUPPY LOVE Quest again and repeat again and again
